We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate.
However, slight variations in color, fragrance, or packaging may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or batch differences.
We do not guarantee that product descriptions are completely error-free.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

If your order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

Due to the nature of our products (room fresheners), we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged or defective.

Damaged Product Policy:

Customers must report damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Proof (unboxing video or clear images) is required.
Upon verification, we will offer:

- Refund (at our discretion)

Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
