- We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
- This policy is in place due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.
✅ Damaged or Defective Products
We only accept returns or provide replacements/refunds if:
- The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery
📌 How to Report a Damaged Product
To request a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share:
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for faster approval)

🔁 Resolution Process
After verification, we will:
- Provide a replacement, OR
- Issue a refund, depending on the situation
👉 Decision will be made at the discretion of Aromatic Air
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
We will not accept return/refund requests if:
- Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
- Product is used or partially consumed
- Damage is not clearly visible/proven
- No unboxing proof is provided
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
🚚 Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- In case of approved damage claims, replacement shipping will be covered by us
