  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
  • This policy is in place due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons.

✅ Damaged or Defective Products

We only accept returns or provide replacements/refunds if:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective upon delivery

📌 How to Report a Damaged Product

To request a replacement or refund:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share:
    • Clear photos of the damaged product
    • Unboxing video (mandatory for faster approval)

🔁 Resolution Process

After verification, we will:

  • Provide a replacement, OR
  • Issue a refund, depending on the situation

👉 Decision will be made at the discretion of Aromatic Air


❌ Non-Eligible Cases

We will not accept return/refund requests if:

  • Request is made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product is used or partially consumed
  • Damage is not clearly visible/proven
  • No unboxing proof is provided

💳 Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
  • In case of approved damage claims, replacement shipping will be covered by us
